How to Play Card Games on Teen Patti Poker
Teen Patti Poker packs several card games into one app, and if you’re new, the menu can feel a bit much at first. The good part is that most of these games are easy once you understand the basics. Here’s a simple walkthrough of the main ones so you can sit at a table without feeling lost.
Getting Started
After logging in, you’ll land in the lobby where all the games are listed. Tap a game, pick a table that matches your budget, and you’re in. If you’re just learning, always choose the lowest table first. It gives you room to make mistakes without losing much.
Teen Patti
This is the heart of the app. Every player puts a small starting amount called the boot into the pot, and then everyone gets three cards. You can play blind, without looking at your cards, or seen, after checking them. Blind players bet less, which makes it a fun way to bluff.
On your turn, you either chaal (continue by matching the bet) or pack (fold and leave the round). When only two players remain, either one can ask for a show, and the stronger hand takes the pot. You can also request a sideshow, which means comparing cards privately with the player before you.
The hands from strongest to weakest are Trail (three same cards), Pure Sequence (three in a row, same suit), Sequence (three in a row, mixed suits), Color (same suit), Pair, and High Card. Learn this order before anything else, because it decides every round.
Poker
The poker tables usually follow Texas Hold’em style. You get two private cards, and five shared cards slowly appear on the table. Your goal is to make the best five-card hand using any mix of your cards and the shared ones. Betting happens in rounds, and you can check, call, raise, or fold. It takes more patience than Teen Patti, but it’s very rewarding once you get the hang of it.
Rummy
In Rummy, you’re dealt 13 cards and need to arrange them into sets (same number, different suits) and sequences (cards in a row, same suit). You must have at least one pure sequence without a joker to declare. On each turn, you pick a card and throw one away until your hand is complete. It’s more about skill than luck, so take your time.
Andar Bahar
This one is quick and simple. A single card is shown in the middle, and you bet whether a matching card will land on the Andar (inside) or Bahar (outside) side. Cards are dealt one by one until a match appears. Rounds are over in seconds.
Dragon Tiger
Even faster than Andar Bahar. One card goes to Dragon, one to Tiger, and the higher card wins. You can also bet on a tie. There’s no strategy here, it’s pure luck.
A Few Honest Tips
Teen Patti, Poker and Rummy reward practice and good decisions. Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger are mostly luck, so don’t chase losses on them. Since the app uses real money, decide your budget before you start and stop when you reach it. Playing calmly and for fun always makes for a better experience.
